I don’t know about you, but I am happiest when I am giving to others. Somehow knowing that I can make another person’s life better, even in a small way, enriches my own life. Because I have a hunch you are much the same way, I challenge you participate in the 10 Day Give.
Bob Lotich at Christian PF started this two years ago and I participated for the first time last year. It was a very meaningful 10 days as I joined hundreds of others throughout the world to focus on giving for 10 consecutive days…sort of a virtual community. For me, I discovered a sensitivity to those around me that would not have been there had I not been intentional about giving for this 10 day period. It became a challenge (as it should) and was also fun as I discovered innovative ways to give…sometimes pushing me outside my comfort zone, which is a good place to be.
