OK Readers, are you scratching your heads and wondering what kind of word has Joe dreamed up now? If you think the Yakezie challenge is to close your eyes and see if you can spell Yakezie, you are wrong. While pronouncing Yakezie may also be a challenge, you are still not yet warm.
Sooo….What is it?
I am glad you asked, because it affects you. The Yakezie challenge is a group of personal finance bloggers working together to help attract more traffic to our blog sites and (this is the part that affects you) increase the quality of the personal finance content on the internet. How does this work? Well, I just joined the group and I have much to learn, but members of the challenge will be writing on each other’s sites, doing cooperative writing posts and encouraging each other in a variety of ways.
One member used the analogy that a great way to get better at golf is to play with those who are better than you are. This should happen with the Yakezie challenge group.
Here are some recent posts from fellow Yakezie members. Enjoy.
Neal Frankle from Wealth Pilgrim writes a great guest post entitled The Elegance Of Failure for Financial Samurai. A great quote from this posts is,”The elegance is seeing that your success or failure in an endeavor, doesn’t say anything about you as a person. I have limited skills – we all do. So what?”
