In fact, I just received several pages of information from one of my creditors about the changes. One of the most important things that consumers can do is to make sure that they monitor their accounts to ensure that their rights aren't being violated. Even though the statement should tell you when the account should be paid off, I like your suggestion of developing a plan to pay them off completely.
